The FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital marketing materials. They play a crucial role in ensuring that visual elements align with the company's brand identity and effectively communicate messages to target audiences.

The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design Creation

• Develop visually compelling graphics for various digital marketing materials including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and more.
• Ensure that designs are in line with brand guidelines and effectively convey the intended message.

2. Collaborative Design Process

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, content creators, and marketing strategists, to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.

3. Stay Updated with Design Trends

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a fresh and current design approach.
• Apply innovative design concepts to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials.

4. Asset Management

• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including images, icons, and templates, for easy access by the team.

5. Client and Stakeholder Communication

• Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives.
• Present design concepts and provide updates on project progress as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferably in Advertising, Communication Arts, Journalism, Creative Writing, Literature, or any related course.
• Must pass the NuWorks Art Test.
