How do we translate the brand on the eCommerce platform while staying true to the classic San Miguel Beer customer experience?
To make the task of ordering beer online less overwhelming, we designed an eCommerce website with the look and feel of a beer fridge to bring it closer to home for the drinking Filipino. This also supports the brand’s guarantee that when the beer is delivered to your doorstep, expect it to be cold as if it just came from your own fridge.
We created a familiar yet modern website storefront in terms of design and functionality.
- Design - the product display was modeled after a beer fridge to make it feel like they’re just simply picking up a beer.
- Functionality - revamping the website to make it easier to use by adding add to cart user experience, detailed checkout summary and a scheduled product update.
- Personalized Choices - the site takes note of the customers’ usual orders so they can shop again with ease the next time they visit.
The campaign generated a +336 increase in monthly user visits with 3x increase in average basket size.
