Short Introduction

The Office of the President designs meaningful human experiences for business partners and internal talents. Collaborating closely with the agency’s Executive Committee, we create and implement sustainable corporate strategies and agency-branded communications that aim to attract and keep the right business partners and talents that help strengthen NuWorks’ value as the undisputed, most innovative digital agency.

We’re looking for a strategic and resourceful project manager who will be able to lead the Office of the President, Executive Committee of NuWorks and work cross-functionally in bringing corporate strategies to life through agency-branded internal and external communications and campaigns that move and inspire our customers, current and potential business partners and talents.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.) Intra-Department Management and Relationship

  • Establish good working relations with employees across all departments
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in leading internal and external (other departments) teams

2.) Project Management

  • Lead the the Office of the President, Executive Committee, and other teams by ensuring all projects and day-to-day deliverables are done excellently, effectively, and on-time
  • Ability to plan, lead, and complete multiple projects simultaneously and successfully, and within budget including Internal and External Communications, Corporate Balanced Scorecard, Corporate Presentations and Awards
  • Ability to give POV to internal and external (other departments) teams -- along with the ability to recommend the right approach and use the proper tools and resources
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate and communicate with supplier and external organizations and bodies to effectively deliver on tasks

3.) Process Management and Improvement

  • Initiate in facilitating and contributing to internal and external improvements in order to optimize processes and outputs
  • Lead process improvements at a team and project level vis-a-vis overall agency Corporate Balanced Scorecard goals
  • Ensure organization of tracking sheets and ClickUp dashboards in a timely and consistent manner
  • Initiate team-activities to foster an effective and effective work and team culture that is aligned with NuWorks values

4.) Agency Brand Management

  • Lead the Office of the President in strategizing, ideating, executing internal and external solutions to build brand awareness, consideration, and engagement
  • Monitor, measure, and report on performance of internal and external communications

5.) Digital, Advertising, and Brand Industry Knowledge

  • Familiarization with digital marketing and advertising fundamentals including platforms, content, and consumers
  • Keep abreast with digital, advertising, and industry competitive landscape and local/global trends

6.) Leadership and Team Management

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop their team members to ensure that they perform at their best.
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Set clear performance standards, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to help employees improve and grow.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and encourage team members to come up with new ideas and solutions

  • Can accurately manage resources, lead the internal team (Office of the President) and other stakeholders (NEST, ExCom, ManCom) to efficiently deliver all their tasks
  • Has strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and complete key projects simultaneously (3 projects on average) with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Can spearhead, delegate, and deliver on day to day requirements in the indicated amount of time and within the given budget
  • Has strong attention to detail, is organized and flexible enough to execute foreseeable and unforeseeable tasks
  • Sufficient knowledge in using key productivity tools like Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) to help in project execution and delivery
  • Has sufficient knowledge in the Digital Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok and how different audiences are able to use these either as a content creator or a consumer.
  • Is a creative thinker and doer, with experience in executing multi-channel marketing strategies for brands
  • Demonstrates ability to work and communicate effectively in teams, collaborate with colleagues, and build consensus to become better together.
  • Is Able to Lead The Change and adapt to changing business needs, shifting priorities, and new technologies. Innovation Oriented and uses creative problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities and enhance business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management and/or other related courses
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Account, Brand or Project Management or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry.
  • Experience in people management, leading teams, planning and organizing campaigns or events for a previous company or organization
